Style by Moi Salon Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

Deposits & Payments

Non-refundable $30 deposit required to secure all appointments.

Deposit refunded only if Style by Moi cancels.

Deposits collected at booking.

Remaining balance payable via tap to pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle or cash.

A 3% card processing fee applies to the full service price when paying by card.

Refunds

No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your hair before leaving the chair. Utilize the tri-fold mirror, bathroom mirror, and front mirror during your service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Deposits are transferable only if rescheduled within 24 hours.

Only allowed to reschedule 1 time.

Failure to reschedule in advance will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Canceled appointments also result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Policy

Arriving 15 minutes late will result in a $20 late fee.

Arriving more than 30 minutes late without communication will result in a canceled appointment and loss of your deposit.

Guest & Child Policy

Only one guest is permitted at each appointment. Please do not bring additional guests.

Hair Preparation

Hair must be washed, detangled, and blown out before your appointment unless you have booked a wash service.

If hair is not properly prepped, a prep fee may be added or your appointment may be rescheduled.

Health & Safety

If you have any major scalp conditions, open wounds, or lice, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Services cannot be performed in these cases.

Photos & Media

Clients will be recorded and/or photographed during their appointment.

Content may be used for Style by Moi’s social media and marketing purposes.

Style Longevity Disclaimer

The longevity of your style depends on proper at-home care and maintenance.

Style by Moi is not responsible for how long your style lasts once you leave the salon.

At-home care tips will be provided, and Style By Moi is available 24/7 for any questions about at-home care.
